We are a fit, active, non-smoking English/Canadian couple with business backgrounds in engineering (oil refining industry) and financial services. We are mature, self-reliant and responsible homeowners. We have had home and pets ourselves so understand how difficult it can be to leave home with sufficient peace of mind to enjoy your selves. Which is why we pride ourselves on providing love, care and attention to detail ensuring each owner that much desired 'peace of mind'.
We are down to earth, practical, adaptable, culturally savvy (we have visited almost 70 countries) & have been housesitting full time since May 2012. We have completed assignments in Europe, North America, Central America, and have spent extensive time in the Caribbean, this year will be our eighth in the islands doing a series of repeat sits.
We are:
•Comfortable with rural properties and their challenges- wells, rain water collection, septic systems, solar power
•Experienced with large dogs & elderly cats
•Adaptable to different lifestyles, cultures & environments
We love pets and they respond very well to us. With us looking after your pets, you can:

We were delighted with our choice of house/pet-sitters, Michael and Yvonne came highly recommended and we agreed. They are very experienced having been sitting ‘professionally’ for a number of years. We felt comfortable with Michael and Yvonne immediately; as we went through both pet and house routines. We left for our vacation knowing that our pets and villa where in good hands. We were kept informed whilst away which included diligent care of Teetee; one of our dogs, who developed an ear infection. On our return we received a warm welcome, happy pets, dinner on the stove and a full report of the sit. We couldn’t be happier and we thank Nomador for the second couple who made perfect sitters and become wonderful new friends.
