Hello! I'm a Canadian/American, mid-forties female and former long-term residential monastic practitioner ( a.k.a. 'monk' at a Soto Zen Buddhist center in the USA) now a free-range writer/researcher/student + location-independent meditation support coach.

Since 2005, I've been a caretaker in a broad variety of homes and landscapes -- from high-end luxury estates on the westcoast of Canada to an ashram in the middle of a goat-field in rural India-- a companion to many different creatures: cats, dogs, chickens, goats, reptiles, pet yard-frogs -- even an in-house corner-spider (!) & have cared for a variety of ecologically-based landscapes.

I've many years experience with the multi-faceted details of running a retreat center/guest relation + accommodation based environments, if you need oversight in this regard while you're away. I have also housesat homes on the real estate market, coordinating with realtors/homeowners in staging + active viewing schedules ( both sold on my watch !)

I am a lighthearted, joy-filled being, known for my " light-touch" and care-filled attention.
I delight in simple, natural environments and rhythms -- can enjoy short stints in busy cityscapes too -- but am overall a calm, clean, self-sustaining contemplative home-creature!

I'm currently engaged in a multi-year project with a special focus on Buddhist Women practitioner's around the world, while casually continuing my study of pre-vedic/Vastu-Vaastu architecture when my travels allow.
