I am retired and love to travel. I left the United States in February 2024 to travel the world for several years. I am traveling in Europe in 2024. My schedule is very flexible for pet sitting arrangements as they arise. It works favorably for both of us: for you to have a knowledgeable and experienced house and pet sitter for free and for me to reduce my travel costs.

I've been around animals all through my life. As an adult I have had three cats (kittens then as adults, and older cats) and three dogs at various times over the years. I love animals and they take to me extremely well.

I'm retired from Mechanical Engineering, Computers and Technology, and my own online store for Organic and eco-friendly bedding and clothing. For half of my career I worked for myself. I say all this to show professionalism and decision making in my work and personal lives. I have owned three houses over 41 years and know how to care for them. And will care for yours with respect and tidiness as I always have for my own.

I am very active and, before I left the States, played a lot of pickleball (a sport that started in the United States in 1965 and is now growing rapidly worldwide) 3 to 4 times a week for 2 to 4 hours at a time. I only say this to give you an idea of my activity level. I keep myself in good shape. Also, I don’t smoke or drink.

In addition to pet care and house care, I can take care of plant watering, laundry, mail collection, and trash removal.

Note: I often get invitations to pet sit so I want to let you know that I've decided just to sit for cats, fish, and birds. Thank you very much for thinking of me.
