We are two wildlife biologists in our 50s who have cared for homes, a California estate, and an offshore island biological field research station. Practical, handy, clean, non-smoking, and meticulous. Experienced with boats, gardens, animals, off-grid living, solar electric, generators, pumps, water purification, and plumbing. We love nature and city life equally. We are looking for beautiful new places where we can write our scientific papers. We study giraffes in Tanzania and owls in California.
