I have a nervous cat who likes to be fed twice a day. She comes in and out of the house during the day, but never wanders further than the back yard, and sleeps outside at night. It takes her awhile to get used to strangers, but she may eventually allow you to pat her! Most of the garden Is watered by an automatic watering system, except for a few planter boxes and pots, which I would like you to water every 2 days unless it has been raining, or daily if its very hot. The swimming pool filtering system also works on an automatic timer. You would just need to check the external leaf basket every 4 or so days, and after any windy days, and clear the leaves in there. Other than that, please bring the mail inside.

My 2 storey home has been recently renovated. It has an open-plan living area flowing onto a north-facing Mediterranean-inspired patio and swimming pool, with a second lounge area with a smart TV upstairs. (As you can see from the photos, I have yet to hang up my pictures!) The home is in a family-oriented suburban setting, with a 25 minute walk to Coogee beach and the Coogee-Bondi coastal track. The Randwick Spot, with its cafes, restaurants and the Ritz cinema is a 15 minute walk.

The house is very comfortable to live in and easy to maintain. Sitting on the patio is very relaxing and, with its background of palm trees, it has an oasis ambience. There is a barbecue outside, great for alfresco dining by the pool. The kitchen is also well-equipped if you like to cook at home. However, if you would prefer to dine out, there are cafes and restaurants within easy reach. It's great being in a quiet area and yet close to Coogee beach to enjoy the beach and seaside atmosphere. Getting to the larger shopping centres (at Randwick Junction, Bondi Junction, Maroubra Junction, Eastlakes and the Sydney CBD) by public transport is easy as there is a bus stop close about 50 metres from my home.

The nearby attractions are Coogee beach and the other Eastern suburbs beaches. The Coogee to Bondi walk is great for stretching your legs and admiring the coastal scenery. You can stop at a cafe or two along the way to refuel. The Watsons Bay to Dover Heights walk also has stunning views. Centennial Park, a vast green space in the middle of the Eastern suburbs, is about 15 minutes away by bus, or you can drive into the park. It's great place for a walk and a picnic, and you can hire bikes if you would like to cycle in the park. If you would like to go to the horse races, the Randwick racetrack is nearby. The tourist spots of Sydney city including the Opera House, Harbour Bridge climb, the Rocks historic precinct and harbour ferry terminals are about 45 minutes away by public transport.

Marysia's home is luxurious and super-modern with every amenity. She was gracious, making sure that we had all we needed to be comfortable. The area has extensive bus service, so a car is not needed. Grocery stores, beaches, Sydney, beaches, and gorgeous coastal walks are all reachable by bus or, (in some cases), walking. Coogee is a beautiful area with trendy cafes and great people-watching at the beaches.
