Kitty has in/out door, but please try to get her in at night and close kitty door. Please remember o open it again in the morning. :-) This is just to prevent injury/catfighting, etc. Please, no smoking inside or outside the house, thanks!

Cute, tidy '50s house in the heart of Gainesville, in a quiet NE neighborhood. Private, fenced back yard with lots of trees! Front is also 'private' as it is well set back from the road, with lots of trees in front. Fully furnished, with everything you need; sheets, towels, furnishings, wi-fi, TV with Netflix, etc. Close to UF Campus (about 3 miles), nightlife, shopping - but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. HVAC, washer/dryer, microwave...everything you need! The beach and St. Augustine are 1.5 hrs away. 30-minute drive to Ocala if you are in equine business. Great for Vet School students, grad student, or someone relocating for a job, while looking for permanent housing. MAY consider long term rental, if I decide to stay overseas a while. MUST love animals (I have a somewhat shy female kitty who needs feeding and love). Please do not bring your own pet, unless it is a very small dog, under 10 lbs. No smoking inside or out, please.

Close to UF and downtown/nightlife, but far enough away to be very quiet. The house is on a tree lined little street with little traffic. Everything works, and the place is VERY clean and tidy - but it was built in 1957, so it's not a slick, modern house. It's about 3 miles to both, accessible by bike if you do not have a car. Horse professionals: it is 30 minutes to Ocala and HITS showground. Beach/St. Augustine is 1.5 hrs by car. Gainesville airport is a few miles away. Jacksonville airport: 1 hour. Orlando airport: 2 hours.

Kayakers will love the numerous freshwater springs and rivers to explore - we're famous for it! Fabulous beaches are around St.Augustine, which makes a great day trip or overnight (please remember there's an animal depending on you - please do not stay away more than one night, MEOW!) Horse professionals will enjoy the short drive to Ocala and HITS competition showgrounds. UF is very close, downtown has lots of upscale and casual dining, with some surprisingly good Europe-style eateries.
