We are a married couple in our 40's (married 17 years) with two young children. We know how to take care of a variety of animals- from dogs and horses to reptiles and chickens. We love animals!! We are a very responsible and loving family and know what it means to have people in your home, so we would take the greatest care and have the upmost respect and consideration. My husband is an engineer, and we have travelled around the world on various projects...from as far away as New Caledonia to as close by as my original home country of Canada. We are adaptable and know how to get things done, whether in a daily routine or in an emergency- nothing phases us. We love meeting new people, and exploring new places and cultures.

We had a wonderful time looking after Sarah and Jean Francios's home and pets in the beautiful town of Saint Geneiz. Her dogs- Tyrion (a large gentle wolfhound) and Oona (a gorgeous, sheepdog puppy of 6months) were great company and we miss them heaps ! and Apache the cat is a real character who loves cuddling up to people. Sarah is a wonderful host; she us made us feel comfortable welcome (like part of the family) the minute we arrived, and we really enjoyed the time we spent with her and her family, before and after the sit. Any questions that cropped up during the sit, Sarah was always available to answer. The region itself is stunning; full of old medieval towns, chateaus, winding river valleys and forests. I thoroughly recommend Sarah and Jean Francois and we would be very happy to sit for them again.
