We spent ten months at Viviana's place and had a great time! Viviana was good at communicating from the start, and we went through a thorough selection process, going through several interviews during which Viviana explained her expectations. She had clear written rules for what to do in the garden and in the house while she was away, and showed us around before leaving to give us a good idea of what there was to do be done. She was regularly in touch when away. She is a very interesting and creative woman, and it has been a pleasure to meet her through Nomador. Even if the property is relatively big, the job is manageable, especially if you follow Viviana's instructions. And, most importantly, the place is beautiful! You are in a very quiet environment but can walk to the nearby town, which is a beautiful Medieval borough. The house is very comfortable for a couple, quite cool in warm weather and warm in winter. It was a great opportunity, we are extremely grateful for it, and we would do it again without a doubt!
