Our sit for Veronique and Christian was excellent! The adorable fox terrier, Milo, is a most entertaining character, who kept us entertained with his funny antics during our whole time with him, yet he is very well behaved and easy to care for. The home is a beautiful renovated farm house, almost 200 years old, spacious with lovely features and a swimming pool to cool off. The garden was abundant with tomatoes, trees were heavy with apples, pears and figs and the four chickens provided daily eggs. The home is close to the Canal de Garonne and we took Milo for long walks each morning — most enjoyable! We spent a day with Veronique and Christian before and after the sit, and they were delightful, welcoming hosts providing many tips about local food providers — boulangerie with delicious breads and treats, sheep cheese (SO good!), local honey and produce. A beautiful experience in the French countryside and highly recommended!
