Lynn and Daniel were a very warm and welcoming couple. They were very well organised and clearly showed us all the pet routines. They also provided us with many great suggestions for local sight-seeing and made our stay definitely worthwhile. We certainly enjoyed their company and our interesting conversations with them. Good communications. Their house had all the modern conveniences and was safe and secure. It was spacious, warm and easy to look after. Parking was easy. Lynn and Daniel’s house was a great spot for us to stay, offering a fantastic rural setting with the convenience of being only 15 minutes from the larger town of Montauban and 5 minutes from the local village of Saint Nauphary, which has a good bakery/convenience store and great local produce. Saint Nauphary is not far from Toulouse and Montauban, which both offer some excellent sights and activities. Lynn recommended the local Saint Nauphary restaurant, “Au Dix 31” - and now so do we, the food and service was excellent. Handy the dog was very well behaved and a joy to have around, Toffee the cat is the nicest cat you will come across and Gaspar is a real character. The two horses spent most of the time in the fields, but were nice and friendly at fleeting time. All the animals had simple and easy routines. We would have no hesitation in returning to housesit for Lynn and Daniel if the opportunity arose and recommend the sit to others. A great authentic experience
