Julie and myself, Ed are currently travelling around the world. Careing for homes and pets as we go. We are looking for house sitting positions that will allow us to enjoy a location for an extended period of time. Time to get to know the local people and customs. Were ready to care for your home, and pets. DYI projects are no problem, as Ed was a carpenter and general contractor for 40 years. Having had horses, dogs, rabbits, chickens, birds and fish, weve just about covered the spectrum for animal husbandry.
We want you to feel comfortable leaving your pets with us. We'll lovingly take care of them. See to all of their needs and more. We will care for your home as if it were our own. Communicating when nessesary, carying out needed tasks. We want you to know we will keep your home clean, organized and in good order.
Yes, were absolutely experienced. We have home exchanges, house sits, home caretaking and airbnb experiences in our arsenal. Including more than 100 rave reviews from airbnb guests. Hosting and travelling. We property managed homes Ed built in the US, one in particular for 19 years. Last summer we spent three months in France swapping our home in Costa rica for a home on the Mediterainian. We are currently house sitting in Greece. These experiences could not have been better. We will certainly share all reviews from our different platforms of caring for guests, being guests, houseswapping and house sitting.
We want to be able to travel more and house and pet sitting will allow us to do that. We want to settle in and enjoy your home town, village or city. While we are not looking to take on a project or care for a business, we are handy and capable of takeing care of situations that arise. Were honest, extremely clean, conscientious about the environment, non smokers and non partiers. English and Spanish speakers. We would be thrilled to care for your pets. Keep them happy and healthy and well loved. As well as care for your home with respect.

Thanks so much to Julie & Ed!!! They were my first house sitting experience and I was really happy to have them at home. Initially I was a bit worried having never had an experience like this but they reassured me from the first moment when we met with video calls and then throughout the stay. I also loved their autonomy in the daily management. I found my cats very happy and chubby ... .. I think they didn't suffer much from our absence. and the house is absolutely in order even in the details . I lived my holiday and distance with a great serenity! I recommend Julie & Ed to all hosts who consider their candidacy…… I'm only sorry I didn't get to know them personally!….hoping in another opportunity!
