Retired Dutch/Indonesian couple available for house sitting (1-3 months). Currently staying in Turkey. We are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with 3rd booster jab.
I am an ex-hotelier, having worked with the Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-La hotel groups across Asia.
We are active seniors who are:

We are ready to take care of your home, garden, plants, pets and small animals, if any. We previously kept dogs, a horse (Dutch warmblood), goats and chickens. We have good riding skills, but need a day or two to get back in practice after not riding for the past 10 years.
We are resourceful and can deal with emergencies without panicking should any occur during our stay, so you can travel with peace of mind in the knowledge that your loved pets are in capable hands.
Our interest is in animal care, vegetable and fruit farming, goat caring and breeding, cheese and yogurt making, bread making, fruit preservation.
We enjoy the outdoors, love pets and animals, have a great sense of humour, not moody,
enjoy interacting with kind people.
Passionate about horses and nature and enjoy peaceful country living.
We hold EU passports, clean driving license.

Robert and Antin looked after our home and animals for a month. On our return the animals, 5 dogs and too many cats to mention we’re happy and well cared for, as were our cockerel Colin and the hens. They kept in touch with us and sent regular photos and updates of our animal’s welfare. Our home is set in a very rural location and they particularly enjoyed walking all our dogs, and keeping the garden tidy .
