Hi, We are a retired couple from the UK now residing in Central Portugal. We love the countryside and animals, especially dogs. We spend much of our time working for the local animal association, Louzanimales, where we do most of the fundraising
. To relax, we take the dogs for walks in the forest, eat out (a lot). Dave is into fitness so she spends some time every day in the gym. We enjoy visiting friends and try to get back to the UK once a year to see family. We enjoy visiting places in Portugal.
I also enjoy doing craftwork, especially knitting and crocheting. I am trying to learn the piano, but am not having much success.
We are learning Portuguese, but are a long way from being fluent.
We are both quiet people until we get to know someone.
