EXPERIENCE:
Hi there, we're Jo & Bogdan! For 4 years now, we have been working online remotely while travelling Europe together via pet-sitting & other exchange programs. We are experienced, full time back-to-back sitters who have completed countless sits through various sites. We have sat small and large dogs of various breeds, plenty of cats and tank & pond fish. We leave owners with very happy pets, healthy green gardens and sparkling clean homes - plus we keep owners regularly updated and send through plenty of pet pictures! We have also completed au pairing and volunteering for families ('Workaway'), but caring for people's pets and gaining all those free cat and dog cuddles has become our favourite way to travel!
Jo also grew up with various pets and knows how to care for rabbits & rodents, turtles, frogs, chickens and birds.
ABOUT US:
We're a mixed couple from Australia and Romania, who met in London and decided to travel Europe together. We're in our late 20's and are engaged to be married. Bogdan works online in digital marketing and Jo is an early childhood teacher but taking a break while we travel.
We love pets and are passionate about helping people out where we can and providing quality pet-care. Playtime and cuddles with gorgeous pets is our favourite time of day. We also love being able to meet new people from all over the world!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- We don't drive, so require sits accessible via public transport.
- We are non-smokers and prefer smoke-free homes.
- We use video calls to confirm & arrange sits.
- We follow Nomador policies and expect owners to do the same. We don't accept indoor & undisclosed cameras, third-party pets, or non-vacant properties during our stay.
- To help us coordinate our consecutive sits, we ask that you please let us know your departure & arrival times once they're booked. We’re happy to arrive the evening before if you have an early morning departure, but otherwise we’ll arrive on the day of your departure for a handover (or can follow your notes if our travel times don’t align). As experienced full-time sitters, we don't require extensive handovers & neighbourhood tours; we use Google Maps and are quite self-sufficient, ensuring easy transitions and stress-free holidays!

Jo and Bogdan are as good as it gets. I can't say enough great things about them. They were super easy to communicate with, are so kind and friendly, and went above and beyond fir our pets. They clearly love animals and we felt so comfortable knowing ours were being cared for by Jo and Bogdan. Early in the situation one of our dos git wuite sick and Jo and Bogdan were amazing with her. They kept us completely informed through all the vet visits, medications, special food regiments, unfortunate cleanups and never made us feel bad about it. They also left apartment so clean, it was the cleanest I've seen it since we moved in! Thank you so much, Jo and Bogdan, we couldn't have asked for better sitters!

Je n ai malheureusement pas pu rencontrer Josephine et son ami .C est ma fille qui les a accueillis et n à dit qu ils étaient tres sympathique. A mon retour ,la maison était très propre , j ai reçu des photos de mes chiens et des messages très rassurant. Nos échanges ont été très amical. Je recommande vivement Josephine et Bogdan .

Josephine et Bogdan sont de belles personnes. Ils ont su créer une belle relation avec nos chiens qui les adorent. Très autonomes et curieux, ils aiment explorer le monde et chaque endroit où ils vont. Durant notre absence ils nous ont envoyé des photos et donné des nouvelles, ils ont même fêté l’anniversaire d’Ozzie ! Lors de notre retour, nous avons retrouvé une maison dans un état impeccable, nos chiennes étaient heureuses et n’ont manqué de rien ! Nous referons appel à eux deux avec joie si les agendas le permettent ! N’hésitez pas à leur faire confiance, vous ne serez pas déçus ! Josephine and Bogdan are great people. They have been able to create a beautiful relationship with our dogs who adore them. Very independent and curious, they love to explore the world and every place they go. During our absence they sent us photos and gave us news, they even celebrated Ozzie’s birthday! When we returned, we found a house in impeccable condition, our dogs were happy and lacked nothing! We will happily call on both of them again if schedules permit! Don’t hesitate to trust them, you won’t be disappointed!

Jo and Bogdan were wonderful sitters. They're very experienced with house/pet sitting, and live their lives full of travel and adventure. They're super nice and very polite, and try not to inconvenience anyone. Our dog seemed to like them a lot, and was quite sad when they had to go on their next adventure. They mowed the lawn, bought pastries for us since we'd arrive home late, and went out of their way to clean the house far beyond our expectations. We would be happy to welcome them into our home again in the future!
