Ramona was thoughtful, prompt, communicative and attentive at every step - as well as considerate, loving and very consistent - with our "special needs" dog. Our home was tidy and welcoming when we came back and our dog had become obviously very attached to her. Ramona also worked beautifully with our dog's routines and dog walker, to ensure that the dog felt very safe with the two new people in her life. Would highly recommend Ramona and welcome her back for future stays.

Ramona est une femme charmante, discrète et très respectueuse. A l'écoute des recommandations et détails concernant la chatte et la maison, c'est vraiment l'esprit tranquille que j'ai pu m'absenter ! Régulièrement j'ai reçu des nouvelles et des photos de Muffin. Ramona est une belle personne avec qui j'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à échanger, sa gentillesse est naturelle. Je la recommande chaleureusement !
