Hello, I'm Ross! Originally from rural Scotland, I've lived in Canada for over 10 years now, and am fortunate enough to have met many different people, and their pets, on my travels!

I work full-time remote for a Tech company and am fortunate to have a very flexible schedule that provides plenty of opportunity for pet care. I have a lot of experience caring for young and senior animals of all sizes and temperaments; including reactive animals and those that pose a flight risk. I've looked after dogs of all sizes, from Chihuahua to Great Dane, and up to 6 cats at one time.

* Fully vaccinated (4x mRNA shots)
*Canadian Citizen & UK Passport holder.
* RCMP Police check passed.
* Government of Canada 'Reliability' clearance.
* Non-smoker.

Growing up on a hobby farm (sheep, horses, and a couple of pot belly pigs) feeding and care for animals was part of my daily chores. Dad was a Veterinary Surgeon (large and small animal), so I frequently joined him on calls and helped out at the surgery.

We were also fortunate enough to own a Golden Retriever for 16 years, during which time I was primarily responsible for her care and exercise.

I'm currently employed full-time as a Product Manager with an Ottawa-based tech startup. My role is fully remote, and I'm lucky enough to be able to work from anywhere with an internet connection or cell signal!

Employed full-time and having gained Canadian Citizenship, I have excellent personal and professional references, full background checks, and valid Government of Canada 'Reliability' clearance. I am fully vaccinated (4 shots as of November 2022) against COVID-19 and influenza.
