I retired from teaching Latin in July of 2022. Don is a U.S. Navy veteran and locksmith. We are both honest and reliable animal-lovers.
Don still works, so he does not always come along on house sits. Since he has traveled the world—mostly underwater in a submarine—he is often content to stay home with our elderly beagle. He is very supportive of my adventures, however.

Mary Lou was a pleasure to have as our cat and house sitter! This was our first time on Nomador and we didn't know what to expect, but Mary Lou went above and beyond before and during her stay in our home. Mary Lou cared for our two kittens who clearly loved her to pieces. She was communicative yet independent, tidy, and more than caring for our cats. We will definitely be having Mary Lou again!
