I am a single woman in my early sixties. I love animals, and my petsitting experience has included cats, dogs, guinea pigs, chickens, sheep, goats, horses and donkeys (yes, I know how to muck out the stalls). As a translator (Spanish, Italian and German into English), my online work allows me the flexibility to take my job with me anywhere in the world. It also means that I am normally home all day to give your pets the care and attention that they need (which also provides me with a nice break from my work). I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I will care for your home and your pets as if they were my own. I am also experienced with giving pills and injections (my own cat, Mozart, was diabetic and required daily insulin injections for the last five years of her life). I am available for both long and short-term assignments. Although I usually do petsitting while travelling away from home, I am not travelling during the pandemic, so I am exclusively looking for petsitting opportunities in the Barcelona area at the moment.

Hemos tenido a Basia al cuidado de nuestros animales desde el dia 12 al 23 de Noviembre de 2016. Ha sido un placer tenerla. Es una persona encantadora, discreta y que le encantan los animales sobretodo los gatos. A cuidado perfectamente de ellos durante nuestra ausencia y es una persona de plena confianza.
