As a couple/duo
We are a couple over 60, just newly retired. We used to work in the airline and finance industry. I now use some of my free time for voluntary teaching german language to refugees. Traveling was always one of our main interests. Now we plan for some longer trips with our camper van as time is no longer the limiting factor. Since 3 years we have chickens, and we had never thought how funny, interesting, strange and cute they can be. They have become pets for us rather than farm animals.
We are happy to be part of this community and look forward to meet people who care as well as we do for our home and our feathered friends.

We were delighted to meet Petra and Joachim, who welcomed us in their house with warm generosity. All tasks and recommendations were explained to us in a very clear and detailed manner, which we highly appreciated. Thank you so much for trusting us with the care of your dear chickens and beautiful house. We had a wonderful and easy 6 weeks-stay in Lorsbach as communication was always friendly, clear and fluid.
