J'habite dans une petite maison (environs 50 m) et je travaille à Paris ou habite ma fille avec son mari. Je vis avec mes deux animaux de compagnie - 4 chats: Venise et sa fille - Alma et deux autres que j'ai accueilli cet hiver. En ce moment Princesse est dehors on doit la nourrir également 2 fois par jour. Pendant des vacances ils passent la vie dans le jardin, on doit les nourrir a la maison et changer la litière, ils dorment tous (3 seulement) a la maison. Je suis polonaise mais en 2002 quand ma fille se mariée à Paris j'ai déménagé aussi. J'habitais à Paris 10 ans, maintenant, j'ai souhaitais être plus calme et moins stressé. Mais j'aime bien voyager et j'ai beaucoup d'expériences avec des enfants et des animaux.

Irena is a lovely lady! We visited her before we started the house sit and she was very hospitable. She showed us all her cats and told us about her neighbours. She was even kind enough to adjust her holiday dates to suit the dates we were needing accommodation. She is a very thoughtful lady. All her cats are very friendly. Her home is an open plan 2 story detached house with a small garden in a private and very quiet neighbourhood. There are shops and parks nearby as well as a huge swimming pool 10 mins drive away and the main train station 20 mins drive away with regular 20 minute trains to Paris. Everything is accessible by buses as well. We really appreciated our stay at her house.

Irena is a very friendly and hospitable person. At our arrival she made us lunch and explained everything related to the house and the cats. She is also very knowledgable about the cultural scene in Paris and can give you a lot of advice. There were over 20 cats who needed to be fed, but only two actually came inside the house while we were there. Venice is extremely sociable and cuddly and can purr for hours on end, while Alma is a bit more shy (she needs 2-3 days to get used to you). We'll really miss them!
