We are a couple in our 'young' 60's. We are Semi-retired and live on the Gold Coast in Australia.
We are mature, trustworthy and have a genuine love of life.
I spent my working career in Management of Automobile Dealerships and Mandy has a background in Hospitality including Property Management, ownership of Motels, Guest Accommodation and Restaurant.
I was the President of the local Lions Club and very involved in community charity work, both locally and overseas in Thailand and Africa.
If you are looking for someone to look after your house and precious pets as you would, then I believe that we are the couple for you.
We are non smokers, very fit (cycling and walking every day) and extremely houseproud, so you can be assured that you can have a trouble free time away,
We have completed many house sits all over the world prior to Covid restricting travel.
We have both travelled extensively and I lived in London for Five years some time ago.
The reason we want to continue house sitting is to meet new people and experience new places and local culture.

I have much pleasure in writing this reference letter for Mandy Bergamin who took care of house and our beloved pet whilst we were away on holidays.
We found Mandy delightful, someone we felt that we could completely trust and very respectful of our home. Mandy was reliable and had a great common sense approach.
Our home is a two storey house, with a small courtyard which is fairly easy to maintain, however we do have house rules with our very spoilt dog. I was glad that Mandy kept to these rules, which may have been a little bit annoying at times.
Toby our dog just loved her and we left on holidyas with the peace of mind that all was in good hands. And we were not disappointed!
Our home was immaculate on our return, bed linen changed and washed plus a few nice welcoming thoughtful touches added to our home coming being lovely. Not only was there a new supply of fresh milk and bread but also a wonderful home cooked meal. It really just topped off our great holiday.
Mandy has kept in touch, even sending a photo of Toby whilst we were away,

We cannot recommend Keith and Mandy highly enough. This was our first time using the site and from the initial contact right through to meeting us at the airport on our return Keith and Mandy were fantastic and made us feel at ease with our decision. Max immediately took to them and had them trained to his ways in no time at all! Throughout their stay they kept us updated with pictures of Max and his activities. We came home to a very happy Max. The house was just as we left it, cleaned and all linen freshly washed. The flowers in the garden looked great and well-tended. We look forward to seeing Keith and Mandy again later in the year at their home in Australia.

Keith and Amanda should give lessons on how to house and pet sit. They are professional, kind and happy people. They sent photos and messages every day. They were friendly with our neighbors and took great care of our house and dog. Now we're spoiled and will hope for this level of kindness and care from all of our future house sitters. We were three weeks in Ireland and could enjoy our time away with no worries for our puppy. He misses them.

Keith and Mandy from the Gold Coast, Australia were absolutely brilliant house sitters and I would thoroughly recommend them both. Such lovely people and so very reliable, always keeping us in touch before they arrived to reassure us they were still coming to sit for us. We had to descend on them a few days early due to me breaking my ankle and were absolutely brilliant, understanding and very very caring. I hope that we will always stay in touch with this lovely couple and maybe one day go and visit them.

We were so lucky to find Keith and Mandy were available to come and stay on our horse farm. They are genuine animals lovers and very capable in all situations. Nothing was too much trouble for them and our 6 horses didn’t faze them at all. The 2 dogs looked really disappointed when we returned home, which shows how much TLC they received. The house was immaculate with a great meal prepared, which was appreciated after our long drive home. We have every confidence in them and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. They also kept in touch with us about how our tribe were going. We hope to have them come back again for another worry free break away.

Keith and Mandy were such amazing sitters from the start and extremely accommodating and sweet. They gave me daily updates and photos of the cats while I was away, I came to two very happy and contented a kitties, a tidy home and bonus: a beautiful house plant! Will highly recommend them to sit for you and will be happy to have them back in future :)

Keith et Mandy ont été des pet-sitters absolument fantastiques pour nos 2 chats (un abyssin et un Devon Rex). Tout d’abord, la communication a été excellente : après l’échange de quelques messages via Nomador, nous avons fait une vidéoconférence WhatsApp, ce qui a fini de nous convaincre. Ensuite, nous avons continué à discuter régulièrement jusqu’à leur arrivée à la maison. Ils ont tout de suite été très à l’aise avec nos chats qui le leur ont bien rendu, on a tout de suite constaté qu’ils étaient très expérimentés avec les animaux. Nous avons passé un peu plus de 24 heures avec eux, le temps de leur montrer le fonctionnement de la maison et de leur donner les instructions pour nos chats, notamment le fait de ne surtout pas les laisser s’enfuir dans le jardin : chose compliquée car ils cherchent à se faufiler à la moindre occasion et il est ensuite très difficile de les faire revenir. Nous avons partagé 2 repas très agréables durant lesquels ils nous ont raconté leurs passionnants voyages et leurs différents pet-sittings à travers le monde. Nous avons quitté la maison et nos petits poilus sans la moindre inquiétude, et la suite nous a confortés dans ce sentiment : nous avons reçu via WhatsApp des nouvelles quotidiennes de nos bébés, photos à l’appui : ils ne pouvaient décidément être entre de meilleures mains ! Ils ont reçu des caresses, des câlins et leurs petites friandises habituelles : il était très important pour nous de les laisser dans leur environnement habituel car ce sont des chats qui supportent difficilement le changement, notamment Loupiot qui est d’un naturel craintif et méfiant, mais qui s’est très vite senti en confiance avec eux ! Keith et Mandy sont partis quelques heures avant notre retour, nous avons retrouvé nos chats complètement détendus comme si nous étions partis quelques minutes auparavant (l’un d’eux nous a à peine salués !), la maison était dans un état impeccable, rangée et nettoyée, le jardin parfaitement arrosé et entretenu, et nous avons trouvé la table dressée, avec un délicieux plat nous attendant au frigo : Nous ne pouvions espérer mieux après une journée de voyage éprouvant ! Nous envisageons de rester en contact avec ce couple dynamique et adorable, et pourquoi pas passer un jour les voir en Australie ! N’hésitez plus instant pour faire garder vos animaux : Keith et Mandy sont des pet-sitters en or ! Ke

Keith et Mandy ont tenu à perfection leur rôle de home sitter, ils ont beaucoup promené et câliné les chiens qui les adoraient. Ils ont parfaitement entretenu la maison et le jardin et nous avaient même préparé le dîner pour notre retour, je les recommande chaleureusement. Keith and Mandy perfectly fulfilled their pet-sitter role. They walked and hugged the dogs a lot. The dogs loved them. The house and garden were perfectly maintained and they even prepared us a dinner when we came back. I strongly recommend them.
