Hi, my name is Angie, and I am a 38 year old lawyer from Australia, on a two year sabbatical from work. I left Australia just over a year ago, and have no plans to return in the near future, I am enjoying this living out of suitcase and exploring the world far too much.

I am friendly, kind and outgoing woman, with a very keen sense of responsibility and I am very clean and neat. I would without question be treating your home as I would like my own to be treated were someone to take care of it in my absence.

Me: To keep me busy whilst not being a lawyer, I am currently creating a lifestyle brand mainly centered around food and travel and exploring the world, but also how to escape the 9 to 5 for frazzled corporate humans. I am also attempting the brave feat of writing a book, which is scary but a wonderful experience.

Housesit experience: Prior to arriving in Europe, I have lived in Indonesia for the last year, house sitting for various people in Bali (usually friends of friends), and I have excellent references for my 5 housesits to date and also only 5 star ratings on AirBNB which I use regularly ( copies of which happy to provide if required). I have also looked after properties in Vanuatu, New Zealand and several in Australia (both city and country). I also grew up on a farm and am a total and utter animal lover. Dogs, cats, horses, pigs, goats, turtles, fish, you name it, I've had it as a pet. I've also looked after several people's pets while they have been on holidays, and have a 100% survival rate so far ;-). I have also just completed a job housesitting for an acquaintance in Paris looking after her 2 cats for 10 days.

House-staff: In addition to this, in most homes in which I stay there is a house staff of 1-5 people, and I usually manage them as part of my house-sitting agreements. I also lived in various South Pacific Islands for work over the past 5 years, and am familiar with running teams of household staff if required, as I have done it for myself for some time.

My living arrangements: I am travelling alone, and no fixed plans as to where I will be living, for the last month I have spent my time predominately in Paris, Provence and the Riviera. I am open to any opportunities that allow me to continue working while enjoying Europe. I will be relocating to Italy to attend language and photography school around October, so I would welcome any opportunities in Florence around that time.
