I am a 29y old Belgian. After studying sport science and working for 7 years at Ghent University, I recently decided I did not have sufficient time to explore my passions because of a stressful and time-consuming job. My girlfriend and I decided to take a break and travel through France with a self-built van to be closer to nature and to be able to go running, cycling and hiking in beautiful surroundings. We are also exploring the possibility to go living in France, preferrably close to the mountains. As such,we are also looking for house- and dog-sit oportunities to experience living in France. We speak French, English and Dutch, we love animals and are open-minded people. Time to get to know eachother :)

It was our first experience of homesitting but Samuel and Sofie were for us perfect homesitters. They helped us to be confident during all our holydays with giving news frequently, and were very attentive to respect instructions with animals. At the end of their stay, we also saw that they have very good relationship with animals because our cat, which he is usually fearful, was totally confident with us. The house was perfectly cleaned when we returned and they were very careful to welcome us with a very pleasant meal. (thank you for the recipes !). Samuel and Sofie are also very friendly and interesting persons, we enjoyed the evenings spent with them. We were also very happy to share and to test some belgian and auvergne specialties with us. Now we only hope that our next experience of homesitting will be always as perfect as this one with Samuel and Sophie.

Une très belle rencontre. Deux personnes formidables. Ils manquent déjà à nos animaux (et à nous !) Vous pouvez confiez votre maison et animaux à Sofie et Samuel et partir l'esprit tranquille.
