Project Manager
We quit our jobs and left our hometown of Portland, Oregon. And we are traveling the world until the money runs out or we get sick of the nomadic lifestyle, whichever comes first.
We are calling ourselves pre-tired or fun employed since we are in our early 40's. Bob left his engineering job in the semi conductor industry after 20 years. Fara left her career in telecommunications where she did project management, event planning, permitting and social coordination.
For the first time in our lives we don't have a structured plan laid out before us.
We want to pursue our passions and discover new ones. Bob loves graphic design, cooking, hiking, running, photography.... Fara loves social events, crocheting, knitting, coloring, animals...

Fara and her husband made it possible for me to have a great time without worries about my house and animal. They took good care of everything and I hope they will be able to visit me again, just for fun or for an other housesit. Bob is also a great cook who left some delicious food when they left :) .
