Le séjour s'est très bien passé. La maison et le jardin ont été bien entretenus, les animaux choyés. Le contact est facile et agréable, ils sont très autonome, on sent qu'ils ont l'habitude de garder des animaux. Ils sont attentifs au bien-être des animaux, pendant la canicule de cet été ils ont pris soin de rafraichir nos deux carlins. Un gâteau nous attendait lors d'un passage pendant le séjour puis une quiche a notre arrivée, une belle marque d'attention. Un grand merci à aux ! Je recommande la famille les yeux fermés !

Joelle and Family are amazing sitters. Leaving your house and animals with someone you just met can be a bit daunting, however our nerves were put at ease the first time we met this wonderful family. Everyone was very friendly and down to earth, and they felt like old friends. They also asked all the right questions in the little overlap we had before our trip. During our trip they stayed in contact via whatsapp, and sent pictures of our animals. When we returned, our house was in better shape than when we left. They took the time and effort to do extra things around the house that we certainly didn't expect them to. Our animals were well cared for and you could tell that they had become well accustomed to their temporary caregivers. We highly recommend them as sitters! Thank you Joelle & Family for taking such great care of our house and pets!
