Hello, we are James 52 (English) and Jill 50 (American).
We have retired early in life and, having raised five children who are now adults and travelled much of the world we are now looking to settle full time in Europe, so we are working our way around taking our time to view each country and getting to learn the languages etc by house sitting as we go.
I owned two music schools in the UK and Jill is a professional esthetician. Neither of us smoke. We are coming to the end of sailing as crew around Central America for the last year so are now relocating to Europe. Between us we have owned over 5 houses and apartments, ranging from 200 year old cottages in the country to modern town houses in London. Repairs and domestic maintenance are not a problem and we are reliable and trustworthy. Our recent sailing has made us familiar with solar power issues as well as water makers, electrical work, carpentry and similar.
We both practice yoga, we enjoy learning languages, cooking using local fruit and vegetables, traveling and walking in the countryside. We have our own car.
