Hello, we are English and are settled in southern Spain, having previously lived and worked in various european countries and in northern Africa.
I am semi-retired from a profession of software engineering, most latterly specialising in systems to aid farmers convert to organic production, which remains a passion. Since retirement, I've qualified as an international yoga teacher and therapist, also as a Reiki Master, and, for the last twelve years, have worked with abandoned and abused dogs and cats, to rescue, socialise and rehome them in Spain and abroad. I work alongside vets and trainers, and have learnt a lot during this time. We have fostered up to 15 dogs and 22 cats at one time, and are happy to look after any and all animals. My interests include walking in nature, photography, astronomy, research for projects, and writing.
My husband of twenty-four years, is a retired inventor, a musician, handy man, fellow animal lover, and one of the kindest men I've ever known. Together we enjoy travel, exploring, walking, ethnic music, food and night skies.
Taking care of people's homes and pets, allows us to explore both new and familiar areas, whilst having time to relax and enjoy the company of animals. We have previously house-sat in the UK, Spain, France, Morocco and Italy.
At home in Spain, we have a large garden and pool that we are used to maintaining. We offer a strong sense of responsibility, of loving and caring for your pets, plus cleanliness, tidiness, maturity and reliability.

Malheureusement suite à la fermetures des frontières suite à la pandémie de covid-19, notre voyage a été annulé. Nous avons établi une très bonne relation avec Joanna et espérons qu'elle sera disponible dès que nous pourrons de nouveau quitter le Maroc. Notre voyage a été reporté en 2021 à la même période. Nous avons hâte de rencontrer Joanna. Difficile à ce stade d'attribuer des badges…
