Pet and plant care are the reasons we are looking for a house sitter. We now have one albino cat born in February 2018. She has been sterilized and has full vaccinations. Pet care is giving her unlimited dry cat food, a small amount of wet food in the morning and evening, topping up the water bowl and cleaning the kitty litter. She is an outdoor cat and is allowed to stay out overnight. We love our garden, which means watering the flowers, shrubs and lawn depending on any water restrictions.

It is a great house! The house is located in a commune to the southwest of the city centre. The nearby bus stop (75 m) is for TCL Bus 8 to Perrache and Bus 6 to Metro B Gare d'Oullins. Both journeys take about 20 minutes. There is a closed (walled/fenced) garden of 1294 m2. There is a garage with clothes washing machine and separate dryer. The ground floor has an open kitchen/sitting room (‘American kitchen’). The appliances are all electric. There are three air condition units in the house. The first floor has two bedrooms, a study and separate toilet and bathroom. The second floor has the main bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Another room used as a playroom has a futon sofa, which can be made into a bed. There is also a BBQ grill by gas bottle at the rear terrace. There is a local market (vegetables, cheeses, meats) twice per week 5 minutes walk away. A pharmacy is 5 minutes walk. The baker and supermarket are 10 minutes walk. It's difficult to believe the proximity of Lyon city center …
