Hey there, here's a little about us.
My husband Zvone and I have owned several different homes over the years; Golden Bay, Auckland, Waiheke, Gold Coast, and most recently a house in Parua Bay, Whangarei Heads. After being there for 8 years we sold our last home 3 years ago, as our interest is to purchase a small lifestyle block, here in the Bay of Plenty area..

We're self employed and have operated a successful marketing business from home (or wherever we happen to be) for over 20 years. We love animals, but because of our business, which takes us away from home quite a bit, we haven't had our own pets for some time. Although that will change as we plan to find a place to settle in the not too distant future, so I can have horses again, and with that will come a dog I'm sure :-)

I grew up with dogs (black Labradors), cats and horses, and as an adult I had my own dog (Weimaraner/German Short Haired Pointer cross), until she passed away at 14 years. After that our lives became too busy to have pets. We have 3 adult daughters and 2 grandchildren. Two of our daughters (and grandkids) live in Papamoa, my mum lives on the Coromandel, which is also why we're interested to look more closely at living down in this area somewhere.

3 years ago we bought a caravan to do some exploring in this area, and through house sitting have now had the experience of living short term in various places with different animals.. We're hard working and enjoy travelling, and having fun too. We've proven ourselves to be very reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
