We are a married couple (46 and 50) and like to explore the world. I am a teacher and my husband works as an architect. We haven't been housesitting so far, but we had to chance to have some housesitters in our own house. We love animals as we have 2 cats. We would love to meet new people and take care of your house and your animals

It was a delight to meet Katja, she is friendly, outgoing and was keen for us to enjoy our stay in Worms. Her home was very comfortable and clean, with all the facilities you may need. We found the two cats friendly and responsive (once they got used to having us in the house). Worms itself is a small town but we loved walking the city centre and riverside and dining at cafes and restaurants. The Rhine River Promenade would be fabulous in the summer. We also took a day train trip to Frankfurt which is only an hour away, so that made for a nice excursion.

Katja was very accomodating from the outset and regularly kept in contact. Her home is very comfortable and we felt at home immediately. She left beer and wine in the fridge for us which was a lovely touch. She wrote down everything we needed to know about the house and the cats and suggestions of places to visit. Her gorgeous cats, Luna and Cosmo were a delight, they are friendly and enjoy cuddles. The house has a lovely garden to relax in and a bbq. It’s also only about a 15 minute walk into Worms town and the same distance to the river where there are some nice restaurants and bars overlooking the Rhine. Would definitely recommend Katja for future Housesitters. Love Claire and Steve
