Als Paar/Duo
We are a couple in our early sixties.We both work free lance: Jacqueline in kindergarden and Chris as a chef. After fifteen years of big fun, hard work and late hours we sold our café/restaurant, planning to go traveling and leave our son and cat at home. Then came covid....
We both love meeting people and seeing different places. We currently have a cat and used to have a dog.
Chris has lived in Spain, and Jacqueline in Portugal. Together with our son we traveled many times to Asia, and hope to do so again once the world has calmed down.
February 2022 we finally started our trip in Thailand: Bangkok, Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Chiangmai, Pai.
After 6 months we have returned to the Netherlands and are now looking forward to a new adventure

Chris and Jacqueline were terrific. They were able to come on very short notice, and my experience with them is very good. They are friendly and like to communicate. I had frequent updates on my pets, and they seemed happy and tranquil. Connection with my pets was immediate, and the house was in excellent condition when I returned. Overall, I highly recommend them

Chris and his wife have been ideal house sitters for me. The communication went very well and at any point I was able to stay in reach them by SMS or videocall. The house and garden were well kept and everything was in perfect order when I came back.
Aurignac, France - April 2023
Chris and Jacky house-sat for us for two weeks over Easter, looking after our cat and garden. Really great guys - we got on extremely well. As house-sitters they were everything we could ask for. Kept us well-informed with pictures and videos of our cat, who seemed to like them almost too much. They did the watering and mowed the lawns. The house was clean and tidy upon our return. We have already asked them, if the dates work out, to house-sit for us next time.
