I'm a mature very well travelled non smoking active Australian woman.
I'm calm, clean, responsible, & extremely adaptable with
14 years continual international pet/housesitting experience.
I mostly share my life with animals...often preferable to people..... so have a huge amount of experience with a varied range of dogs & cats......including troubled rescue creatures, plus have cared for rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, birds, fish, turtles/tortoises,...occasional sheep, horses in a wide range of living situations.
Apart from my 3 recommendations here, I've many reviews/references from previous pet/homeowners from 2010 to now which I'm happy to forward on request.
My daughters changed country locations for work, & I've always travelled, so housesittting suits me. & It's now become a lifestyle for me.....even with increasing age
Having previously owned houses in Perth, Aust, with pool/garden..... vegetable & ornamental...... maintaining a property is normal for me.
I've now downsized but l find I need the stimulation of learning new things, & definitely the company of animals.,
Travelling has always been part of my life., so I'm very adaptable.
My philosophy is home is is not a place, but in the mind & with like minded people.
I'd describe myself as independent & competent with youthful energy, but with the experience & wisdom that comes with age..

Vicki was a perfect home and pet sitter. She took well care of the cat, the chicken and the garden, everybody was happy and feel at ease with her. She let the house even better than before, very clean and with good advices (and a good cake). She has a lot of experiences so she knows already a lot you'll not need time to explain that much. Definitely recommend her ...it was just too bad to spend such few time with her.

It was great to have Vicki as our house sitter during our three weeks vacation. She tooks great care of our house and our cat. We had an almost daily based conversation about our cat and her wellbeeing via Whatsapp, which was highly appreciated. Vicky left our house very clean and tidy and in perfect condition. I'll definitely recommend Vicki as a wonderful house sitter.

My husband and I were very pleased with Vicki's house sitting and dog sitting. She left our home in immaculate order, even finding the clean sheets to remake her bed, and washing her dirty sheets. This was very much appreciated. She also was friendly and approachable when neighbours were in contact with her. We have no hesitation in recommending Vicki as a housesitter and dog sitter.
