Warm, ( heating with AC ) and cosy, with all comfort, big living area with dinner table for 8, TV with cables , WIFI, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher hoven, gaz hub) , 1 bureau with a sofa bed, 1rst floor main bedroom with a 180x200 Bed and 2nd bedroom with 1 mezzanine bed 100x 190. Bathroom and shower , WC separated. Lagrasse is an authentic medieval village in the south of France, near Carcassonne ( 45min), Cathars Castles, Lagrasse is labelled one of the most beautiful village of France. 45 min from the beach, Leucate or Gruissan. Airport Carcassonne, Narbonne TGV line, Toulouse, Montpellier ( 1h30) Many lovely walks to do around the village, by the riverside or by the Abbaye ( Sainte Marie de l´Orbieu) in the village you have groceries open all year, restaurants, doctors, artisans, bakery, pharmacy, food market every Saturdays morning with local producers. Only 15 min from Lezignan Corbières where there is bigger supermarkets. Our 2 cats ( 1 male 6 years old ) Blixa and the youngest ( 6 months) Gene are cute and like company and our 2 …
