Hi, we have two persian cats. An old boy (12 years, called Urmel/Sir Urms-a-lot) and our young lady Lilly (2 years). They are only living in the house and are not supposed to go to the garden. Both are really easy to care about and all of the house belongs to them (tables, beds, your body and soul).
It would be nice if you can take care of them - feed them and be around to pet. But of course- they used to be alone cause we both work all day.

Restored old house in the suburbs of Speyer. We are still renovatig the whole house. Now we have one big room wtih kitchen and livingroom, In the upper floor we have a major bedroom, a bath, a dressingroom and two rooms for study and work. Also we have a conservatory. Our garden is open to any kind of bird, insect or flower - and also to the neighbors =) But don´t get afraid, there is a huge fence. in the backyard we have a veranda with BBQ and in our basement is always wine =)
You can use our car and of course our bikes to get easy to the old town or to the lake nearby.

We have open kitchen with a big table to sit, play games or playing ukulele. We hope to have a master bathroom with bathtub and a big shower in May 2023 - but of course we also have a small bathroom with a shower. We have 2 big screens- in the living room with payTV. But you can watch Netflix and Disney+ also in the bedroom. Whats nice- our house runs with geothermal energy and next spring we will add solarpanels to the roof. We have a garden in which you can eat almost everything.

We have a smaller supermarket right around the corner (5 minutes per feet) and in this area is also the doctor and a pharmacy and a kebab store.
In 5 minutes with the bike you can reach the big supermarket. In 15-20 minutes you can drive to the old town of Speyer with bike/bus, where you can shop, learn about the city (its one of the so called SCHUM-Cities and has a cathedral) or take a break, drink coffee (or wine) and watch the people passing by. You also can explore the german food (we do not eat bavarian food all the time) and learn so much about winemaking and drinking. You can walk to the forest in 10 minutes, and also can go swiming (the lakes are really near).

The area is well known for the local winerys and the smaller mountains (with the car 30 minutes). We also have famous museums in the city and in the area. Also we have zoos and a theme park (15 minutes away). There are also bigger cities here (20 minutes away) and the rhine is in 2 km linear distance.
