Ginger is a mixed-breed mutt, about 65lbs. We rescued her 8 years ago, so she’s probably about 9 years old. She has spurts of great energy, but has slowed down significantly this year. She sleeps in her crate at night. She has a dog door that gives her access to the fenced-in yard. She LOVES her walks around the lake a block away. She gets fed hard food by 8am and again around 6. We would prefer that she not be left alone more than 8-9 hours, but she is used to that amount of time due to work schedules.

Restored 1920’s bungalow, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, on lovely oak-lined street just south of downtown Orlando. There is a separate building, we call “The Studio” with another bedroom and bath, as well as a 2-car garage. Very walkable, several small lakes with wildlife/birds within blocks. Nightlife, groceries, shopping all within a mile. Away from the hub-bub of the theme parks, which can be reached in a 20-30 minute drive. 1 hour from gorgeous Atlantic Beaches. Car available to those with valid license and insurance.

We are within a mile of a major hospital. Ginger’s vet is about a 10 minute drive. There are multiple pharmacies and groceries to choose from. Access to our front door is a brick path and 2 steps; to our back door, another brick path and 4 fairly high steps. House and studio are 1 floor.
