We have a Cathoula- Great Dane mix around 90lbs, he's an old guy so he likes it pretty slow. Looking for someone to hang out with him, feed him, and take him on a short once a day. Also looking for plant watering on days it doesn't rain (brief rainstorms happen most days in the summer).

The front end of this can be adjusted. The actual house sit will be starting on the 22nd or 23rd but we have rooms available in our B&B for a few days before that; you could stay for free for a few days and would just need to clean the room after yourself when moving into our space, where you will be for the rest of the stay.

We like to think we have the best of both worlds,.we are located on a major (and charming) street in New Orleans, close to the streetcar line that takes you directly to The French Quarter. But our backyard is big and peaceful and sometimes full of neighborhood chickens! Our owners unit is located within our six bedroom B&B. FYI we will have some guests during your stay in our unit- this will not be part of your responsibility.

Mid City is a lively spot. We've counted over 100 restaurants within two miles away, as well as many coffee shops, bars, a couple of music venues, the New Orleans museum of Art and sculpture garden, and gorgeous City Park. We are also very close to the streetcar line down to the French Quarter. You're going to love this neighborhood
