The boys usually get up and have breakfast between 7-8:00 but are flexible if you get up earlier. They’ll start to bug you if you get up later :). They eat again at 4:00 and have their watches set so they’ll let you know when it’s 4:00. Ody needs to go out first thing before breakfast and sometimes right again after. He usually needs to go out every few hours, small bladder. We have a fenced yard but never let him stay out by himself as we live near a road and he has no understanding of cars. We usually take him for a short walk sometime during the day, his little legs can’t go too far. Ody will want to sleep in his bed in your room, he likes to be near his ppl. He can’t climb the stairs so you’ll need to carry him up at night and down in the am, it’s too slippery for him. They like to be near you or in your lap. Ody especially. He sheds so black pants can be problematic so we have blankets. Gary needs his box scooped every day. Other than that they are very easy and very affectionate …

My husband, Mike and I are semi retired. I’m an interior designer working part time and Mike is a retired attorney. We have 2 amazing daughters, Hilary, living in CA and Caroline, in Brooklyn NY. We like to visit them when possible and also love to travel. I am a mermaid who loves to be in or on water as much as possible. We own a boat and spend as much time as weather permits and also love the beautiful beaches around here. We are renovating a carriage house which is a project just getting started which we’re both very excited about!

Cohasset is a charming village on the ocean, 16 miles South of Boston. We live in a sunny house within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bakeries. We also are right across the street from a lovely private beach! The house has 4 bedrooms, internet and a tv with access to all the best streaming platforms! HouseBeachAccessible by public transport
