Foreign language assistant
I am working as a foreign language assistant and due to business reasons or private holiday trips, I am looking for kind and animal friendly house-sitters for my dear little tigers, Ruby and Kiddo (and my apartment). The ladies are 5 years and a 1 1/2 year old, very active, hungry but also cuddly and very cute. Ruby, the intelligent grand dame of my apartment, has only one eye left and almost no teeth, but since living with me she lost a lot of her shyness. Kiddo joined us a year ago and brought a lot of Spanish temperament in to our lives. Typically for a young one, she is hungry 24/7 and loves to entertain us, keep us awake etc ;-)
As my apartment is perfect for a one person household, I'd prefer and recommend a single house-sitter. It is situated in Berlin-Pankow (northern part of the town) and perfectly connected to public transportation. A good supermarket is located directly next door (opening times 7-20 ref. 7-22hrs). My apartment has two rooms (integrated kitchen; bathroom and a balcony to the east). Although it is close to the entry lane of Berlin Tegel Airport, the noise is totally okay and to a minimum level in the evening/ at night.
Close by are some parks and everything else you will need :-)

House sitting for Xenia’s cats and looking after her cozy apartment was such a pleasure and a privilege. She gave me such a warm welcome and went to great lengths to make sure I would be comfortable during my stay and provided clear instructions on all relevant subjects. Furthermore she was always available and very responsive when I texted her news or questions. The pets were very sweet and affectionate company and easy to care for. Xenia is blessed to live in a nice and comfortable apartment with balcony decorated with good taste and situated in centrally located Berlin-Pankow. Thanks for this rare opportunity and I look forward to a continuing friendship.

I stayed at Xenia's house for six whole weeks, it was my first experience with Nomador as a cat sitter, and it was a wonderful one. Xenia is very organized and she will leave everything prepared so you know what she expects from you. We also communicated almost everyday with pictures or videos. The kitties are both adorable, and very well raised, they are very sweet even when you have to tell them to behave, which they usually do. They like to go out in the mornings to the balcony and get very active, playing 'catch me if you can'. Kiddo is a younger girl who is super sociable and easy going, and still very independent, she talks all the time and just will bring a lot of joy to you. Ruby is more aloof but when she gets comfortable with you she will be around all the time, and she will even ask you to play or to be brushed or petted, and will pur very intensely. The flat is also very comfortable, with a good WIFI connection, lots of light, a wonderful coffee maker as well as all the appliances which will make your stay very easy. The neighborhood is safe and well connected to the center by Public Transportation. As a whole, I would recommend cat sitting for Xenia, I felt at home from the very first week and I enjoyed very much the time spent with the kitties filled with play time and cuddles.

Very nice stay in the flat of Xenia. The cats are cute and walking around. She gave me all the informations I need for taking care of the cats, and enjoying Berlin (with videos etc.). Xenia is a very nice owner. Thank you for everything :)
