Hi there! I'm a 32-year old teacher/lawyer/translator from Ireland and have been living in Spain for the last 10 years. I moved here after graduating with a Law degree in 2010 and set up a language centre for children, teens and adults. I have two homes. One in Madrid and one in a small town (35,000 people) and despite being a foreigner, I have been welcomed into the community and have built up quite a trust-worthy reputation.
I have worked for an NGO helping human-trafficking victims get back to their home countries and last year I set up and carried out a project in Siberia, working with the Spanish and Russian governments, to educate at-risk women and children on the dangers of human trafficking. This involved me staying in lots of different family homes.
I have experience in house-sitting and am eager to get to know new places as I think it is a great way to get to know different parts of the world. I have a couchsurfing profile and my language centre has a website and Facebook page if you would like to get to know a little bit more about me.
I speak English (native), Spanish (near-native), French (C2 level) and German (B2 level).
I travel to Berlin once a month for meetings although I always try to stay longer as I love the city and have made lots of friends there. I also love practising my German any chance I can get.

I loved the experience with Eoghan who was very friendly and very caring with my pets. All organization went very smoothly and not only did he give news of the pets but also left the apartment all neat. I definitly recommand his great service.
