About Adriana & Miguel
Maybe it is not the best way to start a profile, and I really hope you don’t know that feeling, but I used to hate my life. Not all of it, cause I really love my half Italian half Brazilian family, my pets, my house and my friends, but a significant part of it, my job. I used to spend twelve hours, in average, working as a project manager at a big oil company, with which I have never identified myself. And additionally, despite the beauty, good weather and friendly people of my native country, the public security there is mess. I was so tired of it! So, an opportunity came up, I quit my job and I decided to find a nice, secure and peaceful place to live.
But first, I wanted to know a little more about different people, places and cultures to make a good choice. So, I planned a year Euro trip. Yes! A new chance! Refreshing at fifties!
My son, a twenty years old biology student, was pretty satisfied about his life, but the idea of making an adventure road trip was very tempting to a young man, so he joined me. And now here we are, in a distant continent, enjoying a completely different lifestyle and getting to know people and beautiful places.
Why we want to house sit
We are pet lovers, so, being with others pets would make easier to live far from home, especially from our beloved pets (they stayed in our country keeping company with my daughter); and being in a real home would keep the family environment, so important to us.
As a house and pet owner myself, I sympathize with others owners that have to leave their beloved pets and house with some stranger. So, I was wondering who I would like to give the responsibility for taking care of my house and my pets.
Well, I believe the sitter must love pets, keep high standard level of cleanness and organization and keep good vibrations. And so, we do.
We are vegetarians and non-smokers.
Our experience
* Netherlands - 21 April - 09 May 2017 – Huge full of energy Golden Retriever - He was a very excited dog. In order to keep him calm and relaxed, we took him for longs and short walks and we made him run using a bicycle. He just loved it, and, after exercising, he used to turn into a new dog, tired, but happy and relaxed.
* Germany – 17 May – 11 June - Lovable and Independent young cat – She was a very independent cat, so, she says when and how. :-) We provided her food, water and some milk, and kept her place clean. When she was at home, we cuddled he

Adriana et son fils Miguel sont des hottes parfaits ! Ils ont pris soin de notre chat comme si c'était le leur, ont entretenu la maison et les plantes parfaitement. Nous avons même retrouvé la maison mieux que nous l'avions laissé, certaines plantes avaient repoussé alors que nous les avions laissé à l'abandon. Adriana et Miguel ont cherché à bien comprendre nos attentes et la manière dont fonctionne la maison. Ils donnent régulièrement des nouvelles durant le séjour. Et, cerise sur le gâteau, ils sont adorables ! Nous avons sympathisé avec eux, dommage que le temps ensemble n'ait pas été plus long. Bref, nous les recommandons à 100%% pour de nouvelles aventures dans d'autres villes, vous pouvez leur faire totalement confiance.
