We are a married couple with a one year old son. Paula comes from Argentina but we live together in Germany and we like to travel a lot, making now our first steps in house sitting. But we have already gained some experience with CouchSurfing by hosting travellers at home or meeting CouchSurfers on the road. We´ve decided to turn to house sitting since we have two lovely cats at home who need company when we are away.

Das war ein perfektes Housesitting! Paula und Marcel waren von Anfang an sehr nett, unkompliziert und haben mir eine Menge Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Wirklich tolle Gastgeber! Und die Katzen, Chimi und Churri, oh, die sind sooo süß! Sie waren von Anfang an neugierig, gar nicht scheu, und schon in der zweiten Nacht kamen sie ins Bett. Wirklich unkomplizierte Katzen, die sich freuen, wenn man für die auf dem Sofa rumschlumst, die Tür zu Bad und Schlafzimmer offenlässt und ein bisschen mit den Bällen spielt. Die Umgebung ist auch wunderbar! Tolle Wander- und Radwege, aber auch gute Zugverbindungen. Und wirklich viel zu sehen, sowohl Natur als auch Kultur. Rundherum eine fantastische Erfahrung, vielen Dank nochmal für die Einladung!

Paula & Marcel are very reliable people. They did communicate with us very well, prepared dinner for us and made sure we will be comfortable at their place. Their flat is super comfortable, very modern and with good neighbors. We got supplied with maps and bikes. Their cats are well behaved and super cute. We seriously recommend those people and We hope We will sit for them again in the future!

Paula and Marcel gave us a great welcome on our arrival. They were well prepared for us with documentation and print outs for any eventuality. Their explanations were clear and methodical and their descriptions spot on. Moreover, it was a pleasure to take care of the cats Chimi & Churri; both of whom were absolute sweethearts and warmed to us quickly. The region was beautiful with plenty of great trails and restaurants. We'd pet sit for Paula and Marcel again in a heartbeat.

Paula and Marcel are very charming hosts and did welcome us very friendly. The 2 cats are just lovely and easy. We had a wonderful stay in their very pretty and clean appartment. there is a lot to do in the area and we would love to come back at any time.
